Saint Avenue is operated by Saint Avenue Trading L.L.C, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
• Reproduce, copy, or resell any part of our website without our written permission

All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirham) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not represent our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, payment failures, or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly and fully refunded in such cases.

Every order is manually verified by our team before dispatch. We will contact you via call, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order. No order ships without this verification.

All payments are processed through a secured payment gateway. Saint Avenue does not store or handle your card details directly. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method you are using is yours and that sufficient funds are available.

In the event of a failed or disputed payment, we reserve the right to cancel your order and recover any outstanding amounts through appropriate channels.

Saint Avenue operates on a limited inventory model. All items are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you have placed an order, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

We do not offer rainchecks, back-orders, or restocks on sold-out pieces. Limited runs are a core part of our brand promise — not a marketing tactic.

Estimated delivery is 4 to 14 business days depending on your location within the MENA region. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Saint Avenue is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. Complimentary shipping is available on orders over AED 500.

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery on eligible items. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached. Please refer to our Returns page for full eligibility criteria and instructions.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All content on the Saint Avenue website — including photography, copy, branding, product names, and design — is the property of Saint Avenue Trading L.L.C and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without prior written permission. Requests can be directed to shop@thesaintavenue.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saint Avenue Trading L.L.C is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability in connection with any product purchased from us is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
